Instructions for Use:
1. Immerse the mouthguard in 70-80 degree Celsius hot water for 10-20 seconds to soften it. Do not use water hotter than 90 degrees Celsius, as this will cause the mouthguard to wrinkle and become unusable. Remove the mouthguard when you see the edges begin to wrinkle.
2. Place the softened mouthguard in your mouth, fitting it onto your upper or lower teeth. Suck forcefully to remove the air between the mouthguard and your teeth, and simultaneously press the mouthguard firmly against your teeth with your fingers to ensure a tight fit. This will create a mouthguard that perfectly fits the shape of your teeth. Work quickly, but do not bite down forcefully.
3. After pressing it into place, hold it for about half a minute. Then you can remove the now-shaped mouthguard.
4. Along the gum line (the line between the teeth and gums) imprinted on the shaped mouthguard, use scissors to trim away any excess material. Also, cut off the handle. The mouthguard is now complete. Trimming above the gum line ensures that the gel only contacts the teeth, avoiding damage to the gums.

1. If the mouthguard is not made correctly the first time, you can repeat the shaping process until you are satisfied.
2. Rinse the mouthguard with clean water before and after each use.
3. The mouthguard should be replaced every 3-4 months, similar to a toothbrush.
